The musical side of Wuthering Arts should see substantial growth in the not too distant future as new work is slowly being finalised. In the meantime these short pieces are intended as a foretaste, or a warning perhaps, of things to come. They were created in the mid 1980s with a MIDI-equipped guitar, an Atari computer, a sequencer that could stretch its legs inside a floppy and a sound module. These files are the actual audio convertions made at the time. Apart from sounding their age, they may also show a propensity to ramble somewhat to some ears, Tiger!! especially. The reason is that they are made up of a number of disparate elements originally meant as backings for songs. Whether or not they ever see the light of day, some of these incidental concoctions might be allowed to live on in their present exalted state. The exception, Towards The Blue Waters was conceived as a solo guitar piece even if it ended up sounding more like a harp; like the rest it will probably benefit from a trim.
